2023 Annual Report Launch
Thank you to everyone who attended the launch of our annual report for 2023 at the Guinness Enterprise Centre. The launch was an opportunity to celebrate the work of the Open Doors team and the achievements of our participants who have taken part in our programmes, many gaining employment or starting their own businesses. Through the support of our partner companies we have helped over 100,000 people on pathways to employability over the past five years.
We heard from our Chairperson Paddy Hayes, our CEO Jeanne McDonagh, as well as participants who shared their stories and experiences with Open Doors. We appreciate everyone who took part and helped us celebrate our ongoing efforts towards equitable employment access for all! The report is available to download now.
